Description
T-DNA activation tagged population
600 pools of T2 seed. Each pool is comprised of seed collected from 72 independent T1 transformants. Therefore, collection comprises 43,200 independent T-DNA activation tagged lines. Mutagen T-DNA with 4 x 35S enhancers.
