Description: Single line from a population of 9471 stable activation-tagged lines, generated by transposable element mediated activation tagging mutagenesis in Arabidopsis (TAMARA) using the maize En/Spm transposon system. Based on DNA gel blot and flanking sequence analysis, this population contains approximately 6000 independent transposon insertions. From 57 single locus T-DNA insertion lines (T1) the progeny seeds (T2) were collected and amplified giving the T3 generation seeds. T3 seeds were sawn on soil and double selected using BASTA and R7402. Double resistant plants were transferred to 77 well
