Description: Arabidopsis multiparent recombinant inbred line (AMPRIL). Line selfed for three generations, the F4 generation was genotyped with SNP and microsatellite markers. Data for flowering time and leaf morphology traits were determined in the F5 generation. Distribution seeds are the progeny of a F5 single-seed plant, where residual heterozygosity may have been present in the parent line (see genetic marker data).
