Description: Erysimum cheiranthoides (wormseed wallflower) variety Elbtalaue (ETA) is an isolate collected in the Elbe River floodplain (Elbtalaue) in Lenzen, Germany. The submitted ABRC seed stock was inbred for eight generations in a greenhouse at the Boyce Thompson Institute (Ithaca, NY, USA). The genome was sequenced after the sixth generation of inbreeding. Seeds have been stored successfully for longer than 2 years at 4C, but long-term viability is unknown.
