Description: mum2-1 ruby-1 double mutant complemented with the ProRUBY:RUBY-Citrine transgene. The RUBY coding sequence and 4477 bp upstream sequence containing regulatory elements (RUBY promoter) were cloned into the pCAMBIA2300 plasmid along with a gene encoding the Citrine fluorescent tag and the nopaline synthase terminator sequence. mum2-1 ruby-1 (CS72223) plants were transformed by the floral dip method and kanamycin resistant plants were selected on AT agar medium. Genotype of the transgene is unknown.
