Description: Transgenic line containing the InvINH1 (At5g46960) promoter region fused to GFP. The 5?ÇÖ flanking region of InvINH1 (1172 bp), including the entire 5?ÇÖ intergenic region and the coding region encoding the first seven amino acids, was amplified from Col-0 genomic DNA and cloned into the binary vector pBN-GFP to create the promoter fusion construct (pInvINH1-GFP). Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
