Description: Transgenic line expressing PGX2 under the control of the strong cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter. A full-length synthetic PGX2 coding sequence was cloned into pEarleyGate 104 using the Gateway cloning system to generate a 35S:YFP-PGX2 construct. Col plants were transformed using the floral dip method. Positive transformants were screened on MS plates containing 5 um MSO. Homozygous for the transgene.
