Homozygosity of the mutations verified by morphological phenotype and PCR. N9380 was produced by crossing two mutant lines from the Wisconsin T-DNA knockout collection.The CCR2:LUC reporter is a fusion of CCR2 (AtGRP7, At2g21660) upstream region to the LUC+ firefly luciferase reporter gene (from Promega), as described in Doyle et al. (2002) Nature 419: 74-77.
