Genomics
AtEnsembl (established at NASC in 2003) contains both TAIR and MIPS annotations for choices on gene models.
TAIR assembly - parallel display of TAIR and MIPS annotations, and all other features such as inserts stocked at NASC.
MIPS assembly - MIPS assembly and annotation with no other features.
