Arabidopsis cDNA Sequence Analysis Project a joint project at the University of Minnesota and University of Michigan. This server carries extensive homology records for Arabidopsis cDNA and EST sequences, which has been WAIS indexed for keyword searching.
- TIGR Arabidopsis Database Arabidopsis ESTs assembled into tentative consensus sequences. This database has recently been expanded to include data from the Arabidopsis genome sequencing project.
- dbEST contains sequence data and other information on "single-pass" cDNA sequences or Expressed Sequence Tags from a number of organisms, including Arabidopsis. The current dbEST release can be searched using simple text strings.
