The first resource comprises of 4 individual homozygous chromosome substitution strains (CSS) for chromosomes 2,3,4 and 5, where a single Col-0 chromosome has been substituted for by the corresponding ler-0 chromosome.The second resources comprises of sets of single recombinant lines (SRLs) for each of the CSS lines.These have been selected to be Col-0 at one end of the substituted chromosome and Ler-0 at the other.When aligned these lines display a step wise progression on Ler introgression along the length of the chromosome.
