Name: WiscDsLoxHs049_08A

ABRC stock number: CS904665

Description: Sequence tagged T-DNA insertion line, generated by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of Columbia (Col) plants with the T-DNA vector pDsLoxHs. Primary transformants were selected on Kanamycin plates. The pDsLoxHs vector contains a launchpad for a Ds transposon, as well as sites for Cre/ Lox recombination. A gene encoding the Ac transposase is also present on the T-DNA, under the control of a heat-shock inducible promoter. Two LoxP recombination sites are present in pDsLoxHs: one LoxP site is within the Ds portion of the vector and the other outside of the Ds element.
