Description: Transgenic line expressing integrase-based, history-dependent recorder of gene expression, Bxb1 then PhiC31 history dependent target with p35S, with Bxb1 expression under control of the MUTE promoter. T2 seeds which are not segregated for the pMUTE::Bxb1 construct, most seedlings should show a switch from BFP to RFP expression only in the guard cells of the stomata as the integrase switch occurs near the end of the stomatal differentiation lineage.
