Description
This collection includes lines that incorporate a novel Aux/ IAA-based auxin signalling sensor termed DII-VENUS and the plasmids used in their construction.
DII-VENUS is an exciting new tool that provides a map of relative auxin distribution at cellular resolution in different tissues.
