Iberian accessions from MDC local population
Description
Collection of 212 different genotypes (wild accessions) collected from a local Iberian Mediterranean population so-called Moral de Calatrava (MDC). Accessions were collected from a7 hectares area during nine consecutive years and from four microhabitats (Méndez-Vigo et al. 2022). Genome sequences and phenotypic descriptions from all 212 accessions are available.
