The promoter- á -glucuronidase (GUS) translational fusion (/TL-GUS/) was generated using the entire intergenic sequence upstream of GA3ox3 including an intron-containing 5'-segment of the coding region fused to GUS; final construct in Agrobacterium was transformed into Columbia ecotype plants by using the floral dip method; transformed plants were selected with kanamycin.
