Phenotype

leaves but not cotyledons white/pale; conditional lethal; blocked in the synthesis of the pyrimidine part of Vitamin B1; 2-5-dimethyl-4-aminopyrimidine or thiamine restores to normal; compact rosette, short petioles, blunt siliques.
