Description: T-DNA insertion line, generated by vacuum infiltration of a Columbia (Col) plant with Agrobacterium tumefaciens vector pDAP101, a modified approach of Thermal Asymmetric Interlaced-Polymerase Chain Reaction (TAIL-PCR) was used to amplify DNA fragments flanking the T-DNA left border from this transformed line; BASTA was employed for selection of plants carrying a T-DNA; each T1 transformant has been maintained individually as part of the Syngenta Arabidopsis Insertion Library (SAIL) collection.
