Phenotype
AtLox2 mRNA shows tissue-specific distribution within the plant and accumulates in response to wounding or methyl jasmonate treatment; AtLOX2 mRNA levels are high in leaves and inflorescences but very low in seeds, roots and stems; lacks trichomes on stems and leaves, some trichomes in leaf margins (gl-1).
