Description: ers2-3 mutant expressing ERS2 driven by its native promoter with C-terminal streptaviden-binding peptide (SBP) and tandem affinity purification (TAP) tags. The region encoding ERS2 along with the upstream promoter sequence was amplified from the Arabidopsis BAC clone F19P19 (GenBank accession no. AC000104) and the PCR product was cloned into vector pCAMBIA1380-SBP-TAP. The construct was transformed into the corresponding single loss-of-function mutant background, ers2-3. Hygromycin B resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
