Description: Transgenic line expressing integrase-based, history-dependent recorder of gene expression, Bxb1 then PhiC31 history dependent integrase target with p35S. Initial fluorescent expression (expressed with p35S) is BFP switching to RFP with the first Bxb1 integrase switch and then from RFP to GFP with the second PhiC31 integrase switch. The 'out of order' PhiC31 integrase switch (occurring before Bxb1 switching) causes a loss of BFP fluorescence.
